BlueFox Geomatics Inc Merger
AGC merged with BlueFox Geomatics Inc (BGI) in November 2005. At this time BGI's Canadian
operations were taken over by AGC, while AGC's business interests in Kurdistan Iraq were
exclusively taken over by BGI. BGI's focus was, and will remain, exclusive to geospatial
related contract work in the Middle East region. In addition to an expanded international
scope, BGI's acquisition into AGC expanded our operational services to include geomatics
training and training curriculum development capabilities.

Full Time Prez
AGC's President, J.R.R. (Reg) Letourneau, resigned from the Academic Chair position of SAIT's GIS Applied Degree Program
in February 2008 to head up AGC's President role on a full-time basis. Reg was originally contracted from AGC in April
of 2001 to head up SAIT's efforts to establish a bachelor of applied technology degree in the field of geographic information
systems (GIS). Reg successfully grew the program from a handfull of defunct part-time courses in April 2001 to a full
fledged applied degree with over one hundred full and part time students, participating both in a traditional daytime
delivery setting as well as in the country's first fully available online GIS applied degree offered through eCampus Alberta.
